Strflow’s Terms of Service

Free Plan

Strflow offers a free plan, allowing users to create and view notes and tags without any limits.

Strflow Plus Subscription

Through the Strflow Plus subscription plan, users can access iCloud-based data backup and synchronization features. This plan is available in either annual or monthly terms and will automatically renew unless canceled. Charges for the subscription will be made to the user's Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. The account will be billed for renewal close to the end of the current period. Subscription management and cancellation can be done at any time through the user's account settings on the App Store.

Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are independent. Purchasing the lifetime option does not automatically cancel an active subscription — users should cancel their subscription manually through their App Store account settings to avoid being charged for both.

Strflow Plus Lifetime Purchase

Users may also obtain Strflow Plus access through a one-time lifetime purchase. This is a non-renewing, non-consumable in-app purchase that grants access to Strflow Plus features for the lifetime of the app on the user's Apple ID.

The lifetime purchase is charged once at the time of purchase confirmation to the user's Apple ID account. It does not auto-renew and incurs no recurring charges. The lifetime purchase grants permanent access to all Strflow Plus features available at the time of purchase. Future additions to Strflow Plus will be included on a best-effort basis. In case we introduce features that require substantial ongoing costs (such as server-based services), they may be offered as separate purchases.

A discounted lifetime price may be offered to users who have previously made a paid yearly subscription purchase. Eligibility is determined by Apple's transaction history and is not transferable.

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Strflow does not process refunds directly.

Disclaimer

Your use of the app is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for any data loss or malfunction of the app.

Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our app after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the app.
